Coaching to Improve Personal
and Professional Performance

Goals

Do you want to achieve more in your career and the work of your department, to become a more professional warehouse or distribution center manager? As the supply chain becomes more demanding, we need to set goals, improve systems and team performance, work more effectively with others in the company and supply chain, and achieve results.  If your goals are to learn and develop new skills and become a more effective professional warehouse manager, we can accomplish a great deal together.

Process

Imagine working with a coach as a challenging experience, increasing your productivity, learning new skills so that you and your department become more effective.

We will start with your issues, goals, and desired outcomes, for you, for your situation, and for your organization.

We will look closely at the work, the warehouse, and opportunities for change through new lenses, discovering how changing the way in which we see the world opens up new options, and to be a more effective warehouse manager.  We will explore opportunities and issues to develop priorities and approaches to introduce and implement change.  Some changes may be Best Practices we learn from others, some will be unique to your situation.

Imagine starting a personal process of change.  We will learn together, implementing change and extracting from these experiences what works, and what can be even better.

Real learning happens when we work with your goals, your values and those in your company and supply chain, to implement real changes that yield measureable results.

Your challenge is decide to start the work.

My responsibility as your coach will include helping you

1.  Better understand yourself, your situation and options;

2.  Define and decide steps to take;

3.  Observe and understand the impact your change is having on your world.

My role will be to support you along the way, provide feedback about your progress, and when appropriate to provide information about the many alternatives for improving distribution center and supply chain performance, and ultimately to help you transfer your learning into next steps.

This is a serious step in your career. Are you ready to talk about it?
