We will start with your issues, goals, and desired outcomes, for you, for your work setting, and for your organization.
We will look closely at the work, the warehouse, and opportunites for change through new lenses, discovering how changing the way in which we see the world opens up new options, and to be a more effective warehouse manager. We will explore opportunities and issues to develop priorities and approaches to introduce and implement change. Some changes may be Best Practices we learn from others, some will be unique to your situation.
Imagine starting a personal process of change. We will learn together, implementing change and extracting from these experiences what works, and what can be even better.

My responsibility will be help you better understand yourself, the situation and options, help you define and decide steps to take, understand the impact your change has on the world, to support you along the way, provide feedback about your progress, and when appropriate to provide information about the many alternatives for improving distribution center and supply chain performance, and ultimately to help you transfer your learning into next steps.
